Portage, MI Died Tuesday morning January 15, 2008 at her residence. Arlene was born January 10, 1929 in Three Rivers, Michigan a daughter of Higason and Buelah Graham Peddicord. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident since the 1950's coming from Constantine, MI. She was employed with Hudson's Department Store for 10 years before retiring. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Mona J. VandeBiezen in 1991. She is survived by her son, Gerald "Jerry" W. Pritchard, Jr. of Portage; 2 grandchildren, Rachael Pritchard of Muskegon, MI and Walter Pritchard of Jones, MI; a great-granddaughter, Emmy Rae-Lynn Pritchard; 2 step-sisters, Connie Gordon Bickel and Carol William Rumsey all of Constantine, MI; a niece; and 2 nephews. Private services will be held at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave. Interment will be in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery.
