Of Kalamazoo Passed away Monday evening, March 24, 2014 at Kairos Dwelling. Anna was born April 23, 1926 in Grand Rapids the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Rendak. She was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church where she participated in preparing the monthly polish dinners at the church. Anna was a very active, longtime volunteer with the Kalamazoo Psychiatric Hospital Chapel services; and enjoying baking, crocheting, and gardening. On December 26, 1950 she was united in marriage to Cornelius "Neil" Post who preceded her in death on September 26, 1998. She was also preceded in death by 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Anna is survived by her daughter, Paula Post; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held Thursday today at 11:00am at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick with Fr. Wieslaw Lipka officiating. Private family interment will be in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. Friends may meet the family Wednesday from 5-7pm at the Burdick St. chapel. Memorials may be directed to Reverence Hospice or the Kairos Dwelling.
