Scotts, MI Died Saturday afternoon January 14, 2012. Anita was born October 26, 1962 in Phoenix, Arizona a daughter of Harrison and Phyllis Bird Adkins. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of her life and was employed with Summit Polymers for 22 years. Anita was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Craig D. Tiffany on April 13, 2008. She is survived by 2 children, Tanya Chris Robinson Tiffany of Portage and David Tiffany of Scotts; a granddaughter, Krystal Robinson; 3 brothers, John Blodgett and Bill Alice Adkins both of Kalamazoo, and Phillip Adkins of Gobles. 2 sisters, Jenny Phillips of Portage and Suzanne Foster of Kalamazoo; her companion, Bill Eyre of Scotts; her mother-in-law, Joanne Tiffany of Plainwell; 2 sisters-in-law, Jeanne Matt Joiner of Kalamazoo and Lorrie Terry Billheimer of Paw Paw; a brother-in-law, Chris Vicki Tiffany of Kalamazoo; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services will be held 3 o'clock Thursday from the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8pm Wednesday. Private interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for her children's educational expenses.
