of Climax Passed away May 8, 2011 at home. She was born December 11, 1924 in Isabella County, MI to the late Ray and Effie Osterhouse McGlocklin. Evelyn was united in marriage to Robert H. Marlowe, who preceded her in death on February 5, 1983. Surviving Evelyn are her children, Mark Laura Marlowe of Kalamazoo and Stacey Douglas Marlowe-Cook of Climax; 6 grandchildren, Derek, Kurtis and Brianne Marlowe and Allison, Robert and Aaron Cook; brother, Harry JoAnn McGlocklin; and cousin, Geraldine Osterhouse. A gathering of friends and family will take place on Friday from 5-8PM at Climax United Methodist Church, Education Building. A private committal will take place at Ft. Custer National Cemetery. Arrangements by the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Climax Chapel, 205 E. Maple St. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Evelyn?s name may be directed to the Climax-Scotts Athletic Boosters.
