PSZCZOLKOWSKI, Mrs. Adele
of Portage Adele "Babcia" Pszczolkowski, devoted wife of 63 years to Ted Pszczolkowski, passed away peacefully with family at her side on Wednesday, November 30, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Xavier and Mary Obojski and younger brother, Eddie. Adele dedicated her life to Ted with whom she selflessly raised two children, Ray Marcia Pszczolkowski and Karen Henry Bennett. She thoroughly enjoyed being a daily loving influence in the lives of her grandchildren, Nicole Leo Javier, Leon Carrie Bennett and Zosha Bennett. Her blessings continued with the welcoming of her great-grandchildren, Alexsa and Ariana Javier and Luke Bennett. This loving wife and mother left an imprint on the hearts of all who knew her and inspired kindness and goodness from those who met her merely in passing. Of all she accomplished and obstacles she overcame, her greatest treasures were her unwavering faith, with a special devotion to the Blessed Mother, and the love of family and friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 1st tonight from 6-8pm at the Langeland Family Funeral Home, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave. where a Rosary will be recited at 7:30pm Thursday. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:30am Friday at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church 1150 W. Centre Ave. with Rev. Father Robert Creagan, presiding. Immediately following Mass there will be a luncheon in Marion Hall. Interment will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorials in Adele's memory may be directed to St. Monica School.
