Bill passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at his home. He was born on November 8, 1966 in Traverse City. On February 2, 2002, he was married to Denise J. Schallhorn-Ducy, who survives. Also surviving are his mother: Janet Kremmel; two children: Mitchel Anderson and Sara (Tonae) Hannah; two grandchildren: Jordan and Drew Hannah; four siblings: Dana (Torger) Johnson, Steven (Jessica) Anderson; Russell Anderson and Jane Gibson; grandmother: Jane Bensinger; uncle: Jerry (Kathy) Bensinger and several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death was his step-father, John Kremmel. Visitation will be from 2-4 PM on Friday, Jan. 6, at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3626 S. 9th Street, Kalamazoo, with a service to celebrate Bill's life beginning at 4:00 PM. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be directed to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
