Virginia Jannette (Wallace) Finch

Virginia Jannette Finch, 88, passed away March 4, 2020. She was born December 19, 1931 in Kalamazoo, Michigan to the late Harold and Edna Wallace.

Virginia was strong-willed and raised seven children, remaining at home as they grew up. She worked for a laundromat for 12 years and then worked at Safari for 8 years until she retired. She enjoyed sewing and crossword puzzles.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.

She is survived by her children, Michael Finch, Linda Metty, Deborah Frampton, Joe Finch, Patricia Finch, Cathleen Hammon, and Nancy Huddleston; grandchildren, Cynthia, Ross, Rustin, Leeanna, Lyndsey, Lance, Lea, Joshua, Jason, Amanda, Susan, Joe Jr., Jessica, Michael, Geanna, Christina, Becky, Randi, and Zackery; 35+ great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and twelve nieces and nephews.

A gathering will take place from 1:30-2:00PM at the Chapel at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park South, 3941 S Westnedge Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49008. Interment will immediately follow.
