Died Friday morning August 14, 2015. Ute was born August 2, 1964 in Ludwigsburg, Germany a daughter of Otto and Hilde (Scheyhing) Beuttenmueller. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident since 1998, coming from Germany. On September 7, 1990, she was united in marriage to Jurgen D. Englmaier who survives. Also surviving, 3 children, Marcel Englmaier of Seattle, WA, and Michael and Stephanie Englmaier both of Portage; her parents; Otto and Hilde Beuttenmueller of Germany; a brother, Jochen Beuttenmueller (Simone) of Freiberg, Germany; a sister-in-law, Birgit Dieterle (Thomas) of Moeglingen, Germany and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial service will be held 10 o'clock Wednesday, August 19th from the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 South 9th St. Friends may meet the family one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Private burial will take place at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the Bittersweet Ski Patrol or the West Michigan Cancer Center.
