KEELER, Rosetta E.
Galesburg Died February 20, 2014 at age 78. Rosetta was born December 3, 1935 in New Castle, IN to the late Gilbert and Ethel Grimms Goldey. She was united in marriage to Fernando Keeler on October 2, 1954, who preceded her in death in 1997. Rosetta was a longtime member of Free Will Baptist Church in Comstock. She loved her family above all else and when time permitted, she enjoyed crocheting, doing her jigsaw puzzles, word search puzzles, reading and traveling. She also enjoyed fishing and mushroom hunting. Rosetta is survived by her children, Paul Sandy Keeler of Three Rivers, John Keeler of Battle Creek, George Linda Keeler of Comstock, Owen Gina Keeler of Portage, Tina Tom Taylor of Vicksburg, and Lisa Tim Jones of Galesburg, several grand and great grandchildren; 3 sisters; and many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by a son, Michael Keeler; daughter, Edith Keeler; a granddaughter, Wendy Keeler; and 2 brothers. Family will greet friends from 2-4 and 6-8pm Monday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Galesburg Chapel, 145 W. Battle Creek St., where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 o'clock. Pastor Bruce Howell will officiate. A private committal service will be in Ft. Custer National Cemetery.
