Richard T. Harris, Jr

HARRIS, JR., RICHARD T. Loving husband, step-father, step- grandfather, brother and friend passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2015. He was an honest man and cared deeply for those close to him. He was a skilled dry wall finisher who loved hard work. Richard enjoyed collecting knives, computer games and was a die-hard Miami Dolphin fan. Richard was married to Carla Manley on August 16, 2002, who survives. Also surviving are: step-children, April Davis, James Liza Thomas, & John Cherie Thomas; 8 step-grandchildren; sisters Debbie & Dianna; and special friends, Terry Collins & Rayna Hutchison. He was preceded in death by his brother Richard Harris II. Richard's family will be scheduling a time of remembrance and celebration at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to help cover final expenses.
