Michael Joseph Francisco

Mike Francisco passed away peacefully on September 16, 2020, after years of living with several chronic medical conditions. Mike grew up in Parchment, MI, the son of Joseph and Mary Francisco and alongside seven brothers and sisters. It was a household where there was always something going on but the craziness seemed normal if you lived there. The stories from those years would be retold a hundred times over Mike's lifetime, always ending in laughter and a feeling of comfort from a simpler time. Mike went on to work in the paper mills in Parchment for many years, like his father had. In 1993, he married his soulmate Kim and they were happily married for 27 years.

Mike was a compassionate husband, caregiver, son, brother, uncle and friend. As he passed through this life he touched so many people. Mike had a strong belief in God and while we will deeply miss him we take comfort in knowing he is in paradise. Per Mike's request cremation has taken place. A private family memorial is being planned. Memorial donations in Mike's name can be made to the ASPCA or to Hackett Catholic Prep High School.
