Mary Cecilia (McKenzie) Gehring

Mary Celia Gehring passed away at her home on Tuesday, May 25, 2021. She was born July 27, 1951 in Kalamazoo, MI a daughter of the late Gilbert and Dorothy (Stergeon) McKenzie. On October 1, 1977 she married Kenneth C. Gehring, who survives. Mary is also survived by five children, Shannon (David) Dunn, Sean Van Pelt, Marcy Van Pelt, Katheryn (Scott) Johnson, and Julie (Al) Boyer; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Frank McKenzie, and Larry McKenzie. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 1:30 PM in Ft. Custer National Cemetery. Those wishing to attend should meet in the cemetery's funeral assembly area by 1:15.
