Died Tuesday evening November 3, 2015. Larry was born December 3, 1950 a son of Oakley and Vera (Snook) Swisher. During the Vietnam War, he served with the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Sandra Eagle; and a brother, John Swisher. Larry is survived by 2 sons, Joel (Cassandra) Swisher of Plymouth, MI and Jason (Kimberly) Ritchie of South Lyon, MI; 3 grandchildren, Collin, Tyler and Sierra; a brother, Ronald Swisher of Vicksburg; a sister, Linda (Michael) Klooster of Scotts; a sister-in-law, Mary Swisher of Kalamazoo; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial service will be held 12 o'clock Saturday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St. Friends may meet family immediately following the service at the chapel.
