Jerry A. Day

Passed away Saturday evening, July 30, 2022. Jerry was born July 5, 1939 in Battle Creek, MI the son of Harold and Mildred (Machin) Day. Prior to his retirement in 1996 he was employed with Kalamazoo Label for 33 years. Jerry enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and camping at the lake. On March 4, 1961 he was united in marriage to his loving wife of 61 years, Judith (Ball) who survives. Also surviving are his children, Jeffrey (Donna) Day, Joyce (Ted) Joncas; grandchildren, Ashley Joncas, Jenna (Scott) Everett, Cody (Megan) Day; 5 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Marian Day; and several nieces and nephews. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Larry Day. A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm Monday, August 22 in Augusta Cemetery.
