BEEMAN, Jacqueline J.
Portage Jackie passed away Friday, November 22, 2013. She was born on December 24, 1929 in Kalamazoo, the last of five daughters to the late Ray and Carrie Shively Myers. She enjoyed crocheting and gardening. Jackie also was an avid Detroit Tigers fan and was an avid collector of many things. Surviving are two children, Larry Beeman of Mattawan and Diana Lou Michalski of Lawton; nine grandchildren, Rebecca Michael Newport, Brian Michalski, David Beeman, Christina Chris Maze, Larry Beeman, Sandy Beeman, Jeremy Beeman, Christopher Beeman, Tiffany Beeman; sixteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were a son, David Beeman; grandson, Andrew Beeman; parents, Ray and Carrie Myers; and four sisters, Floy Miller, Hilda Burke, Shirley Champion and Jerry Sulzner. Honoring Jackie's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A service to celebrate her life will be announced at a later date.
