Passed away Sunday September 13, 2015. Jack was born August 2, 1944 in Kalamazoo, the son of Russell and Mary Lamkin. He is survived by his sister, Judy Bullock of Texas. Cremation has taken place and private interment will be in Riverside Cemetery.
