Guy passed away on Friday afternoon, May 19, 2017 at his home. He was born on September 16, 1932 in Goshen, IN, the son of Richard Sr and Lily (Wysong) Wyman. Guy was a veteran of the United States Army serving during the Korean Conflict. On May 6, 1953, he was married to Joyce (Butts) Wyman, who survives. Also surviving are two children: Elizabeth (David) Joslin and David (Nancy) Wyman both of Portage; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers: Charles Wyman and Michael (Debra) Wyman both of Goshen, IN; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were a daughter: Diane Brouwer; and two brothers: Harley and Richard Jr Wyman. A service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, May 27, at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Avenue, where friends may visit with the family from 2:00 PM until the time of service. Pastor Ron Hansen will officiate. Memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
