of Parchment Gene died Monday, May 2, 2011, at his home. He was born August 10, 1952, in Kalamazoo, MI, a son of Arthur and Ann Holewa Baker and had been a lifelong area resident. Gene is survived by: two daughters, Jennifer Patrick Hulbert of New Florence, PA and Valerie Stagger of White Pigeon, MI; seven grandchildren, Kayla, Patrick Jr., Bradley, Hunter, Tyler, Abigail and Teagan; five brothers, Jim Gayle Baker, John, Stan, Jerry and Tony Baker; two sisters, Mary Ann John Machinski and Annmarie Bob Pedersen. Cremation has taken place and there will be no public services. The family is being helped by Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S.
