Alma Ruth Eby

Eby, Alma Ruth of Kalamazoo, Michigan Passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at TenderCare of Portage. Age 74 years. She was born March 5, 1938, the daughter of the late Theo and Mattie Rowland McIntosh. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Kalamazoo, where she was actively involved in church activities. She worked for the Kitchen Bath Shop in Arizona for 12 years. Surviving are her son, Mark Eby of Benton, KY and Diane Eby-Baker of Kalamazoo; six grandchildren, Jessica Baker, Dylan Baker, Kassandra Baker, Brandy Eby, Shannon Eby and Trevor Eby; one sister and three brothers, Mary "Betty" Henry of Trenton, OH, Rex McIntosh of Middletown, OH, Mitchell Judy McIntosh of Hamilton, OH, Winton Barbara McIntosh of Trenton, OH; one sister-in-law, Beverly Baker of Middletown, OH; and 18 nieces and nephews. Alma was preceded in death by one brother, Wayne Baker; one brother-in-law, Seldon Henry; and one sister-in-law, Mary Ellen McIntosh. Memorial service will take place 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at First United Methodist Church of Kalamazoo, 212 S. Park St. Rev. Sandra J. Elfring will officiate.
