Heather is a wonderful Social Worker. She truly cares for her patients and their families. She goes above and beyond to help them in any way that she can. She is patient and provides a listening ear and a loving hand to hold, she attends memorial services and continues to learn about services that can help her patients. She is intuitive, thoughtful and kind. I had commented one time that she had a busy day ahead and she replied, "That means I get to help more people." She is very deserving of the Hospice Caregiver Award.
