Sometimes, it seems that the time honored tradition of neighbor helping neighbor becomes lost in daily life. But time and time again, when tragedy occurs in this community, we help our neighbors.

At Langeland Family Funeral Homes, that philosophy serves as the basis for everything we do. Our business was founded in 1934, when Franklin D. Roosevelt was President and the Great Depression was showing signs of ending. From the very first day, we have been as close and as ready to help as a good neighbor. We offer our services in order to honor a life that has been lived and to comfort those who grieve.
