From the onset of our birth - life is a series of hellos and goodbyes, meetings and partings and beginnings and endings. The process is often painful. Death of a loved one being the ultimate separation/goodbye.

We offer two active support groups for your convenience and choice.

- G.R.O.W. (Grief Recovery Outreach to Wholeness) is a six-week workshop which is offered to anyone who has experienced a recent loss.

- To fully understand the grief process.

- To accept or come to grips with the reality that your loved one has died.
- To accept a new environment.
- To reach out for new support.
I see myself as continuing to grow to the last day of my life. Grieving People need a safe environment with lots of support and encouragement in order to come through grief (whole), in order to create their new lives.
